Ginger Pilates is a Pilates studio located on Overtoom 315 in Amsterdam.

In order to Ginger Pilates to run its business, we make use of third party providers such as Hostage (which host our website), Supersaas (our schedule and booking portal). In this privacy statement we address which data are collected and how they are used, stored, and shared within Ginger Pilates, which serves as the data controller. The Ginger Pilates website and business is hosted and managed in the Netherlands.

When becoming a member of the Ginger Pilates studio, we ask that you submit personal data into our Supersaas portal which is necessary for any individual to become a member of our studio. It is through Supersaas that members can view our class schedule, make bookings and check how many lessons (credits) are left in a purchased package. Ginger Pilates is committed to ensuring that our students privacy is protected. Should we ask that you provide personal data, i.e. information which relates to you as an identified or an identifiable natural person, through our website or the aforementioned third-party tools we use, you can be assured that this data will only be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

You can access and use our website without providing us with your personal data.
Ginger Pilates may collect your personal data through the website in these specific situations:
• When you create a Supersaas account to become a member of our studio;
• When you subscribe to our newsletter;

In these instances, the following personal data may be collected: name, address, telephone number, email address.
