Barbara Tabaksblat

Change can come through awareness. The mental focus and breathwork required in Pilates, encourage your muscles to respond quicker to training. By teaching Barbara assists her clients in improving their body and mind well-being.

Andrea Bergh

Andrea is a classically trained ballet dancer and graduate of the Polestar Pilates Teacher Training Mat Course. Through this combination she has an extensive knowledge of the body and a keen eye for alignment and correct movement.
