We move, breathe and think all day long. The Pilates method is a series of controlled movements engaging body and mind. The exercises combined with conscious breathing ensure you get an efficient workout, improving strength and flexibility.

Centrally located on the busy Overtoom you enter the peaceful space of Studio Ginger. Our fully certified, experienced professionals are committed to helping you find more balance in body and mind. Our studio is dedicated to personal training. In addition to Pilates we also offer somatic bodywork.

No matter what your age or level is, Pilates is suitable for anyone. Every body is different and everybody deserves a positive approach. At Studio Ginger we don’t think of limitations in the body, we think of the possibilities.
